My notary fees are as follows:

1.     Notary Fee:

There will be a $125 notary fee for the first set of docs per visit per client (first loan) and $75 for the second set of docs per visit per client (second loan).  If I have to make a separate trip for the second loan the $150 fee will apply.

2.     Traveling Expenses

Traveling Expenses are as follows:

�        No extra fee within 7 mi radius from Santa Clara Convention Center.

�        There will be $10 per 5 mi incremental distances be it 8 mi or 80 miles.
